3 Labels Every Container Needs — Item, Date, Initials

One sticker with one word isn't a label — it's trash. Three fields on every container: what, when (prep + use-by), who. That's FIFO's foundation.

एक sticker पर बस एक शब्द label नहीं — कचरा है। हर container पर तीन fields: क्या, कब (prep + use-by), किसने। यही FIFO की नींव है।

  ITEM — what is it. Cut onions, cooked keema, whole tomatoes — spell it out.

  DATE = TWO dates. Prep date + Use-by date. Format DD MMM YY (01 JUL 26).

  INITIALS — accountability. Who prepped it. If it fails, who do we ask.

  Label goes on the container BODY — never the lid. Lids get swapped.
